        Why you should not take a shower at night
        Many people feel that taking a shower at night will restore their spirit and endurance. But others think it is harmful to the body and may lead to illnesses. While there is no scientific proof for this, there are some problems are we gon na get if we take a shower at night.
         Firstly, shower night causes premature aging. Bathing night can accelerate premature aging in us. Some people have said that the body will not strongly receive cold water stimulation when we bathe at night, this will result in increased metabolism. For that body requires a supply of calories and oxygen high enough to stabilize it.
        Second, the night bath can also cause wet lungs. This myth is also not true. The wet-wet lungs are caused by virus and bacterial infections that come from the air only. Patients will usually experience cough with phlegm, difficulty breathing, or until the body is shivering.
        Third, bathing night can also lead to attacks of gout. This disease will actually occur because of the large consumption of purine substances in our body so that the levels of uric acid in the body will increase. And it can lead to kidneys that are unable to accommodate or dispose of the substance.
      In conclusion, I recommend you to take a shower in the afternoon if you're done in doing something, the goal that you escaped from a wide variety of diseases that can interfere with your health.
