         Eating too much is not good for health.

         Eating too much or overeating is a disorder which not only affects physical health but causes a lot of stress and also emotional level. Some people tend to eat just because they feel bored or they have nothing to do. Others get into such undesirable habits to improve their physical appearance.
It turns out that a wide variety of diseases will arise if it does not maintain a healthy diet.

        It would seem that as a result of a person who eat too much to improve blood sugar levels. Of course it's not nice, because it will cause more serious problems, which is the risk of diabetes because the function of the pancreas to decline because sugar levels are soaring high as a result of diet is not controlled. The disease can cause the pancreas are not able to produce the hormone insulin that has the task of carrying sugar in the blood to get into the body's cells and converted into energy.

       When you eat too much, as a result of the stomach it's loaded full of food. In fact, under normal circumstances, the stomach should not be filled with too full of more than the maximum limit. If the stomach is a lot of food, then it can not perform its functions optimally as the digestive organs. As a result of digestive disorders, such as : vomiting, bloating, diarrhea, constipation and hemorrhoids. As a result of other because it's too much intake of carbohydrates, but few contain fiber and vitamins the body needs.

       Eating too much also can cause the rise in weight that would cause to obesity or overweight. This happens because the body that serves to digest the food's gon na keep it as a reserve of energy in the form of fat.

       In conclusion,  eating too much is not good for health because can cause various diseases.
