                      How Emotions is Controled


      Emotion is any conscious experience characterized by intense mental activity and a certain degree of pleasure or displeasure. Emotion is often inter twined with mood, temperament, personality, disposition, and motivation.
       As we know, many of those who didn't control emotions.  Without them know, emotion will not rise if we can handle  with the right way and there are several ways to handle it. One of them is giving the brain more time to think. Sometimes we at the emotional benefit is always doing something suddenly that ultimately will only make us feel sorry for what we've been doing. So the studies say one way to control emotions is to stop doing anything about six seconds, because it can reduce the level of our emotions. It also can cause the brain we're taking us to find out what's going to do and the impact, to know right and wrong, what are we gon na do.
The second is more to focus on things we can control the difficulty of someone in controlling emotions. Often what could set our emotions because of external factors which we can control, such as the bos that is very fierce, or traffic jams and also a colleague who always do anything unusually stupid. So those are things beyond our ability to change it. And so to respond to all of it, then we should do what we can do, ignore them for a while to work who really.
      But having said that, emotion is actually not going to happen if we always think positif and no need in a hurry.
